Camping and facilities

Q. Are there toilets on site?

Yes, there will be proper toilets, with loo roll and hand sanitiser. Please have respect for your fellow campers and keep them clean.

Q. Are there showers on site?

Yes, there will be a couple of proper showers for you to use, with ample changing areas. Please have respect for your fellow campers and keep them clean.

Q. Can I park on site?

Yes, there’s plenty of on-site parking. If you are camping, you will be able to park up where you intend to pitch your tent.

Q. Can I bring a campervan?

Sure! There’s plenty of space.

Q. What about glamping?

Luxury camping bell pods are available for hire if you prefer to glamp. Please contact us to reserve your pod.

Q. Are there electric hook-ups?

There are a limited number of camping pitches with electric hook-ups. There is a charge of £5/night for these, and must be booked in advance via the ticket page. Please note that you will need to bring the appropriate 16A hook-up cable for your needs. If this is for a tent, please read these safety precautions.. Please also note that high-current appliances such as kettles and heaters are not permitted.

Q. Can I stay over Sunday night?

If you’re not sure if you’ll be ready or fit to leave after the music finishes on Sunday, you will have the option of staying the Sunday night – this costs £9 and can be booked at the bar during the weekend.

Event timing

Q. When is the earliest I can arrive?

The gates will be open from midday on Friday, so feel free to arrive early to get pitched-up and settled-in.

Q. What time will I need to arrive by?

For your security, the gated entrance to the event site will close at 10pm on the Friday night, and 5pm on the Saturday. There will be strictly no access after these times without prior arrangement.

Q. What time does the music start/finish?

The DJs and acts will start at 4pm on the Friday and continue through until 2am. On Saturday, the DJs will kick-off at around midday, continuing through to 2am. Then on Sunday, we will have some DJs starting at around midday (the hangover selection) and continue on until at least 4pm. Due to licensing requirements, the 2am cut-off will be strictly adhered to, but we plan to have a chill-out area for you to wind down in after the main entertainment finishes.

Site information

Q. Where is the event being held?

In the beautiful rolling countryside of Worcestershire, just a stones throw from the Malvern Hills. The exact location will be emailed to all attending members via email 2 days before the event.

Q. What should I wear?

Anything goes! However, as this is an outdoor event it’s wise to dress appropriately. Stilettos and grass don’t mix well, so flat shoes/trainers/wedges are your best bet. Hopefully we won’t see any rain, but bring a waterproof jacket just-in-case. And even if it’s a scorching hot day, the temperature will often drop considerably as night falls, so bring a warm jumper to wear in the evening.

Q. Can I bring my children?

No, sorry. This is an adult-only event, and under-18s are not allowed on site for safety reasons. Any children caught on-site will be immediately confiscated and quarantined until after the event.

Q. Can I smoke?

Yes, but only outside. There is a strict no-smoking policy in any of the tents. Please don’t drop your cigarette butts on the floor – use the bins provided.

Q. Is the site secure?

Yes, the event site is on private land and has a single gated entrance that will be locked between 10pm and 10am. There will also be a team of security to ensure that only members can gain access.

Food and drink

Q. Is there drinking water on site?

Yes, there is a drinking water tap to use as you need.

Q. Are BBQ’s allowed?

We will have a communal BBQ area with several gas barbecues available for you to cook on, plus disposable plates/cutlery etc. If you wish to bring your own BBQ then you are more than welcome, however please use it responsibly.

Q. Can I buy food at the event?

Yes – “Sam’s Café” will be on-site over the weekend offering all-day breakfasts/porridge/muesli, burgers (inc. veggie) and hot-dogs, and pie & mash in the evening. Plus tea, coffee and smoothies.

Q. Can I buy drinks at the event?

Yes – there is a licensed bar on-site which will be open during peak hours, offering reasonably-priced draft and canned lager and ale, plus popular spirits & mixers. Please drink responsibly.

Q. Can I bring my own food to the event?

Yes – there will be a large communal gas BBQ for you to cook on, plus a kitchen area with fridges for cold storage.

Q. Can I bring my own alcohol to the event?

You are welcome to bring alcohol for your own consumption, however we encourage you to support the bar as much as possible as this will help us secure the venue for future events. Please drink responsibly, and respect the on-site bar by not bringing your own alcohol into it.
